My name is Chris Wright, and I am an author residing in northern lower Michigan. Under my pen name of 'Christopher Knight', I write horror fiction for adults; under my pen name of 'Johnathan Rand', I write numerous books for children and young adults, including Michigan Chillers, American Chillers, Freddie Fernornter: Fearless First Grader, among others. I designed, authored, and maintain this site. I am not a spokesperson for any group, organization, or any individual other than myself. I am not an 'animal rights' activist, and, as a hunter and fisherman, I fully support legal methods of responsible game management. This website was built to expose a case of animal cruelty in 2007, which led to the arrest and conviction of the guilty party.
